How to order spices, dry fruits and seeds online
Use this guide to order from Bobby’s online shop, whether you are in Kalyan or elsewhere in India. Our website and Android app share the product catalog. Browse first, then register or sign in when you are ready to place an order.
1. Choose your pantry favourites
Explore spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, pepper and cloves, or browse dry fruits and seeds such as cashews, almonds, dates and dried cranberries. Open a product’s detail page to read its description, selling unit, current price and availability.
2. Check quantity and pack weight
For products sold by kilogram, choose a quantity in grams or kilograms. For packed products, choose the number of packs and check the weight-per-pack box. One kilogram is 1,000 grams; 250 g is one quarter of a kilogram. A price per kilogram is different from a price per pack, so compare the selling unit before adding an item.
The selected quantity and item price are shown on the product card. Add it to your cart, then review all quantities before checkout. Availability is checked again when ordering.
3. Review delivery and the total
Enter a complete address and PIN code. The checkout shows the item subtotal, delivery charge, any purchase credit used and the final amount to pay. Read the delivery calculation for PIN 421301 and other PIN codes.
4. Pay the invoice using UPI
For an available-item order with an amount due, the order screen shows an invoice-specific QR and payment link. Scan with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or another compatible UPI app, or tap Open UPI app on your phone. Check the recipient and amount in your UPI app before paying. The shop confirms payment after it receives the money.
If purchase credit covers your whole bill, there is no remaining payment to make. Do not pay a second time just because confirmation is pending; contact the shop if you need help.
Common ordering questions
Can I request an out-of-stock item?
Yes. Choose Place order on its product card to submit a stock request after signing in. No payment or invoice is created for that request. Its displayed price is a reference and may change when stock returns. The shop confirms stock and final price before you agree to an order.
Where do I see orders and requests?
Sign in and open My orders. Your unpaid stock requests are listed separately from invoiced orders.
Do I need the Android app to buy?
You can order on the website. The home page also provides the Android app download link and QR if you prefer to use the app. Register or sign in with your Bobby’s account.
How do I ask about bulk orders or dealership?
